CAD 202 - Computer Aided Drafting III


This course covers how to develop and manage CAD standards for the drawings you create. Students will learn how to modify the user interface to include customized tool bars, menus and ribbons. Students will define custom shapes, linetypes, and hatch patterns to control the linework in a drawing. The course will introduce students how to create macros to speed up frequently repeated tasks. When plotting out a drawing, students will learn how to customize plot styles to get specific results at the plotter.
Prerequisite(s): CAD 106 Computer Aided Drafting II
