BUI 265 - Architecture Capstone Project


This capstone course will engage students in using all of the information and skills learned in program course work to create a complete project proposal. Students will assess the needs and desires of their client, as well as site locations, local and state codes to plan a finished project. Students will be required to meet deadlines for submitting each phase of the project. At the end of each phase, students will need to secure approval before moving forward. At the completion of the course, students will have produced a project that meets the demands of their client, as well as all codes and regulations.
Prerequisite(s): BUI 105 Architecture I, BUI 224 Building Components - Electrical, Plumbing, & HVAC
3 credits (2 lecture; 1 lab)
