ASL 102 - American Sign Language II This course begins where American Sign Language I ended. It focuses on conversation in signs, grammar and cultural aspects of the deaf community. Students are able to describe and discuss everyday matters and situations in a culturally appropriate manner using their growing sign vocabulary, more complex grammatical principles and communicative strategies that assist in being understood by the deaf listener. 3 credits
